Why is it instructed to wake up in Brahma Muhurta?

The time between 4 am and 5.30 am is called 'Brahma Muhurta'. This time is especially useful for spiritual activities like studying Vedas, practicing yoga and meditation. It is said in the Vedas that a person who wakes up at this time is not affected by physical and mental diseases. Such a person is full of energy.

According to 'Ayurveda', the air flowing at this time is like nectar for health as it contains nectar particles obtained from the moon. That is why it is also called 'Amrit Bela'. This air contains 41 percent oxygen, 55 percent nitrogen and 4 percent carbon dioxide. With sunrise, the entire atmosphere changes, as a result of which mental concentration and peace decreases.
