Why should we do Daily routine ?

Seconds, minutes, hours, days, nights, weeks, fortnights, months, solstices and years - in this way the time cycles keep revolving around us. If we practice working at certain moments of these cycles, then after completing a few rounds, that activity becomes more and more effective. In ancient times, Aanhik was created after a deep study of all the cycles. Each cycle is owned by a specific power. These powers are active in the form of deities.

If we regularly visit an idol at a fixed time every day, then after some time the divinity present in the idol becomes very sensitive towards us. If at such a time we express our wishes to that deity, then he paves the way for our progress and development. The will power of such a devotee becomes more and more intense which makes him experience the miraculous fulfillment of wishes.
A person who does a certain action at a certain moment does not need to look at his watch later. The reason for this is that at those moments his body moves in a special way. After a few days, these movements start getting transformed into actions naturally. When a habit becomes permanent, then its flow changes from the big brain to the small brain. With such efforts, the transformation of daily actions gradually takes place in a mechanical form. There is not only mechanicalness in the actions of the person doing meditation and Dharana. In the true sense, actions like contemplation, thinking, concentration of the mind, Omkar Shravan and Soham Japa etc. bring about changes not only in the small and big brain but also in all the muscles of the body.

That is why a practitioner who does Aanhik at a fixed time is never seen to fall sick. The reason is clear – as a result of the awakening of energy in the muscles, the germs become inactive in exerting their influence. A practitioner who does Aanhik irregularly can get the benefit of the mantras and kriyas of Aanhik. But he will not be able to get the benefit of the energy that gives enthusiasm and consciousness to the body in large quantities. Just as everything goes well due to regularity, in the same way, orderliness comes into the life of a practitioner who does Aanhik. He starts running at a fast pace on the path of progress, development and self-improvement.
